The Emerald Ball is hosted by Community of Hope, Inc., Community Speaks Out and the Groton Alliance for Substance Abuse Prevention. The fundraising event honors and supports individuals who are in recovery and who are struggling with addiction. As well as, those who lost their lives to addiction.
